I diagnose first, prescribe second. Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute Zoom consultation and demo to scope the project. We'll talk through your business, services, and goals, and I'll tell you straight whether what you need is what I do.

Phase 2: we agree
Estimate, Onboarding & Holding Deposit
Once I've confirmed it's a fit, you'll receive a formal electronic estimate. On approval, I'll schedule an onboarding Zoom to walk through paperwork and sign agreements. A 10% holding deposit locks your spot on my deployment calendar and credits toward your 60% retainer at kickoff. If you don't proceed, the deposit isn't refunded—it covers the slot I held for you. Calendar set. Orders issued.

Phase 3: we plan
Discovery, Brand Audit & Strategic Planning.
This is where I go deep. Gap analysis, root-cause work, brand audit, validation of findings. The output is a written strategic plan—brand attributes, positioning, audience targeting, customer segmentation. No guesswork. Every decision downstream traces back to a reason documented here.
When the strategic plan is delivered at the end of Phase 3, the
25% milestone payment is invoiced.
PHASE 4: WE BUILD
Web Design & Development
Execution. I work in an agile, Scrum-based cadence: design strategy sessions, asset collection, iterative builds—all mapped to the project calendar you approved in Phase 2. You see progress at every checkpoint. Nothing gets built in a vacuum, and nothing surprises you.

Testing, Delivery & Mission Complete
Before anything goes live, every page is tested against compliance standards and performance benchmarks. I deliver on schedule—minimal downtime, no post-launch scrambling. The final 15% balance is submitted prior to launch. Then the site ships.

Do you offer in-person consultations?
Let's keep it simple. Every project starts with a free 30-minute Zoom call — the right people on the line, everything covered in one pass. You leave with clear answers and next steps, not a follow-up to schedule the real conversation.
Once a project is active, on-site consultations are available for clients within about 10 miles of our Fort Worth office. We lay out the details in your proposal so there are no surprises.

Do you work with clients outside the DFW area?
Yes. We work with clients across the country, and most of the process runs over Zoom and email — no travel required to get started.
When an active project calls for an on-site visit, we travel for it. Travel time, airfare, and any expenses are quoted and approved before we book, and the details live in your proposal.

What is your process for handling a new project?
Our process starts with an initial consultation, where we gather project details and understand your needs. We then develop a customized strategy and move to the execution phase, which includes design, development, and testing. Finally, we deliver the project on time and provide post-launch support.

How long does a typical project take?
Timelines vary based on package and complexity. The Commander delivers in 4–6 weeks, The Captain in 6–8 weeks, The Vice Admiral in 8–10 weeks, and The Fleet Admiral in 16 weeks. Rush delivery is available for an additional 50% fee. Timelines are also affected by client responsiveness — the faster you provide feedback and assets, the faster we move.

How do you ensure good communication throughout the project?
Throughout every engagement, you have direct access to Bobby via scheduled Zoom sessions, a shared project calendar, and milestone check-ins at each phase. We don't disappear after kickoff — you'll always know where your project stands and what's coming next.

Who will be my point of contact during the project?
Bobby Robinson is your direct point of contact from consultation through launch. You're not handed off to an account manager — you work with the same strategist who scoped your project from day one.

Do you provide post-launch support?
Yes. Post-launch support is available through our maintenance packages — Base Camp, Forward Operating, and Full Command — covering everything from security monitoring and daily backups to SEO link-building and performance optimization. We also offer as-needed hourly support at our standard rate.
