I feel grateful and privileged to offer excellent care to our clients. We limit the number of projects we take on every year to provide our clients with the special experience they deserve. Each client and project is exceptional to us, and we have a streamlined process for selecting clients with whom we can build successful projects and long-lasting relationships.

We work on a first-come, first-served basis. Our clients trust us with digital marketing, and we are responsible for delivering the best and most efficient customer service and experience possible. However, we need to establish some guidelines to achieve this.

The Schedule

We operate as a time-focused consultancy, scheduling projects one month in advance. As a result, scheduled appointments are essential, and we request a 50% nonrefundable retainer to secure you as a client. Additional charges apply for last-minute bookings.

Our Values

Roadhouse Rules

At Dalton's Roadhouse, we uphold the gold standard of patience, professionalism, and kindness. However, when the situation calls for it, we won't hesitate to set boundaries. Please leave your ego at the door, as we reserve the right to refuse service at any time.

1. Consultation

We provide a convenient 30-minute complimentary initial consultation via ZOOM or phone call, allowing you to connect with us from the safety and convenience of your home or office. During this session, we will assess whether our expertise aligns with your business needs. Upon qualification as a client, we will promptly deliver a 15-day good-faith estimate electronically.

If the timeframe exceeds the allotted days, a 10% surcharge will apply.

2. Agreement

Upon receipt of your initial signed estimate and your readiness to move forward, we will arrange a 90-minute comprehensive onboarding ZOOM session to outline the final budget, mutual expectations, project details, and further cement our partnership. All prospective clients are required to electronically sign an NDA, a workable contract, a consultation agreement, and provide a 60% non-refundable retainer to secure their slot and allow time to gather project assets.

3. Discovery

At this phase, we pinpoint the precise issue, determine the necessary steps, assess the situation, and propose the solution to fulfill your business requirements. Effective communication is a key element in providing a professional diagnosis, fostering genuine connections, honesty, intention, emotions, genuineness, trust, and empathy.

4. Design

After identifying the issue, we prescribe the appropriate solution to address your business challenges, providing you with a clear roadmap. In order to facilitate the project, we divide it into four phases. To emphasize the significance of project deadlines to our clients, we utilize a scrum system to coordinate, monitor, and oversee all tasks with our team. We prioritize adhering to schedules, and it is imperative that all parties meet the deadlines.

5. Execution
