For 2025, Black Anchor Design has developed cost-effective packages for self-employees, micro-businesses, and local small businesses across Texas. Remember that Black Anchor Design offers Custom Website Design and Development. We typically charge $5K—$30K so the packages are the best way to go!

All our core services are handled in-house (Branding, Brand Strategy, Web Design and development, App Development, Print Design, and Local SEO). We have a dedicated local US and International team for specialized services like Videography (motion), Commercial Photography, Printing, and other crafts! 

Black Anchor Design only offers three types of discounts during the year: 1) Military, Veteran, and First Responder 15% discounts per project, 2) Festive Seasonal 10% Discount, and 3) Local Help 5% Discount. Please be advised that when we apply the discount Black Anchor Design policy, we must collect full project payment to offset the lost potential revenue.

Black Anchor Design can not fund clients' services or products. We don't offer bank financing, partnered loans, or membership-style websites with long-term payment plans. Our payment structure is 60%, 25%, and 15%. 

We have partnered with PayPal "Buy Now—Pay Later" as an option to be subjected to an instant credit check through their lending office.

All scheduled payments are due on dates both parties agreed upon. Black Anchor Design late fee of $150 applies to each occurrence a day after the payment is due. If payments are more than three times late, we reserve the right to consider the project abandoned and terminated as per the contract terms.
