REFUND Policy

Black Anchor Design is committed to delivering high-quality services in Web Design and Development, Branding, Brand Strategy, Print Design, and Disney+ Ad Campaign Management.

Our refund policy ensures clarity and fairness for both parties: Scope of Services. Once contracts are signed, Black Anchor Design reserves the right to limit or decline services that fall outside the agreed-upon scope of work.

• Non-Refundable Payments: Payments made for services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

• Standard of Practice: We strive to meet the highest standards of practice. If a client identifies any issues with deliverables, we offer repair services under additional operational agreements.

• Contractual Agreements: Clients are always encouraged to retain a copy of their working contract for reference.

• Chargebacks and Disputes: Any chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate suspension of services.

• Hosting and Domain Services: Payments for hosting or domain renewal are non-refundable once initiated.

• Services and Consultation: If customer cancels the project, BLACK ANCHOR DESIGN, LLC. will retain all monies paid to offset its loss of business.
