Introduction

At Black Anchor Design, we strive to make the purchasing process as seamless as possible. To facilitate this, you can pay your invoices through PayPal.


Financing Options

Black Anchor Design does not offer financing or membership-style websites involving long-term monthly payments. However, we have partnered with PayPal's "Order Now Pay Later"  as an alternative option for our clients.


Project Payment Structures

When retaining Black Anchor Design's services, clients agree to adhere to the due dates outlined in the contracts and payment breakdowns as follows:


  • 60% Retainer: Due upon signing of the contract.
  • 25% Mid-Project: Due at the midpoint of the project timeline.
  • 15% End Project: Due upon completion of the project.


DISCOUNT POLICY: If you receive any discount from Black Anchor Design, full payment of the project is required at the time the discount is applied to offset potential loss or revenue.


Termination of Agreements

Black Anchor Design reserves the right to terminate all agreements immediately if:


  • The client fails to pay any invoices and fees as stipulated.


  • The client fails to cooperate with Black Anchor Design or hinders our ability to perform the services outlined in the agreement.


Payment Methods


1:1 Consultations: Web consultations are not taxable. A flat fee of $220 per hour applies when scheduling an appointment.


Online Invoices: Customers can view and pay invoices online 24/7.


Accepted Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards but do not accept personal or commercial checks.


Taxation: An 8.25% state and local tax is applied to all digital goods and services, excluding consultations.


Credit Card Surcharge:  A 3.9% surcharge fee is added to the final bill for credit card transactions.


Recurring Payments: You may set up automatic recurring payments online to draft your monthly account balance from your credit or debit card. Recurring yearly payments are required.


Late Fees

Payments are due on the scheduled date. A late fee of $150 applies to each occurrence. If payments are late more than three times, we reserve the right to consider the project abandoned and terminated as per the contract terms.


Refund Policy

Black Anchor Design is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting our standard of practice. We reserve the right to limit or decline services outside the scope of the signed contract. While we can adjust, modify, or add service items to the agreement, we retain the right to decline or proceed with proposals for "add-ons." We encourage clients to retain their working contract throughout the project duration. All contractual agreements between Black Anchor Design and the client are binding and can be reviewed upon request.


Additional Services

We offer repair services through additional clause services (operational agreements).
